Home safety - the villas are protected by professional security company with motion and smoke detectors as well as security cameras in accordance with GDPR/AEPD. The interrior cameras record only when motion is detected after the guests activated the alarm. The interrior cameras are not monitored by the owners and do not reccord anything if the alarm system is idle and no motion is detected. There are security cameras outside at the gate and behind the swimming pool area. They are visible to the guests and can be covered in case the guest wants extra privacy. The cameras are used to protect the properties when they are vacant, not for the purpose of monitoring or recording the guests without the guests' concent.

Seguridad en el hogar: las villas están protegidas por una empresa de seguridad profesional con detectores de movimiento y humo, así como cámaras de seguridad, de conformidad con el RGPD/AEPD. Las cámaras interiores solo graban cuando se detecta movimiento después de que los huéspedes hayan activado la alarma. Las cámaras interiores no son supervisadas por los propietarios y no graban nada si el sistema de alarma está inactivo y no se detecta movimiento. Hay cámaras de seguridad en el exterior, en la puerta y detrás de la zona de la piscina. Son visibles para los huéspedes y se pueden cubrir en caso de que estos deseen mayor privacidad. Las cámaras se utilizan para proteger las propiedades cuando están desocupadas, no con el fin de vigilar o grabar a los huéspedes sin su consentimiento.
